I ship the whole thing
No handoff. I draw the screens, write the API, run the infrastructure and answer the support email. Nothing falls through the gaps between people, because there are no gaps.

A prayer lock app for Muslims, built to make daily prayers easier to keep rather than easier to track. Consistency was the whole product goal, so every screen was judged on whether it helped someone actually pray.

Web analytics that tells a site owner what they need to know without following anyone around the internet. The constraint came first and the feature set was designed to fit inside it.
Building

A nutrition tracker. Most of them fail on the same thing: logging a meal takes long enough that people stop doing it after a fortnight. That is the problem being solved, and everything else is downstream of it.
